About this show

The International Coin Club of El Paso, a nonprofit organization active in the city since the 1960s, hosts this annual three-day bourse each winter, with roughly 50 to 60 dealer tables in recent years. Dealer stock covers United States and world coins, including ancient Greek and Roman material, along with banknotes, tokens, medals, bullion, stamps and collecting supplies. Beyond the bourse floor, the show includes an auction, coin exhibits open for viewing and free appraisals.

  • The club strikes a commemorative show medal each year on a local theme, with past subjects including the Mexican Revolution centennial and the El Paso city charter sesquicentennial.
  • A youth auction with limited registration has run for many years, open to children who answer numismatic questions to take part.
  • Youth and education programming is run in cooperation with the American Numismatic Association and has included a Kid's Zone and a family treasure hunt.
  • A club raffle awards coin prizes.

Before you go

Bring a sheet built from your want list: what each coin is worth right now, what to pay and when to walk. Print it, or keep it on your phone. It opens with no signal, which in most show halls is the signal you get.
