About this show
The Tidewater Coin Club, a Virginia Beach club of roughly 150 members, holds this bourse twice a year, with about 65 dealer tables. Stock on the floor covers US and foreign coins and currency, domestic and foreign gold, medals and tokens, ancient coins and artifacts, and collecting supplies, with Confederate and fractional currency and reference books also turning up. Educational displays are a standing part of the event, and dealers buy, sell and appraise.
- ANACS accepts submissions and evaluates coins on site.
- A live public auction is run in conjunction with the show by Blue Box Auction Gallery, held Friday evening and simulcast online, with consignments taken in advance.
- A Boy Scouts of America merit badge program runs on the Saturday and requires advance registration.
