About this show

The Northwest Coin Club assembles this Minnesota show twice a year, in spring and fall, with a bourse of 100 tables at which the spring edition carries the club's consecutive annual numbering. The club's bourse contract describes it as a major Upper Midwest show drawing dealers from the region and the nation, and a recent spring edition sold out its tables in advance with 68 dealers from 12 states. Alongside the floor, the show offers on-site submission for professional coin grading and free coin and currency appraisals. Educational displays, competitive exhibits and youth programming fill out the schedule.

  • Exhibits are judged competitively and include a People's Choice award decided by public voting, with non-competitive Numismatic Story Boards displayed as well.
  • A Scout merit badge class is held during the weekend.
  • The spring edition includes a youth auction.
  • Free drawings are held for attendees.

Before you go

Bring a sheet built from your want list: what each coin is worth right now, what to pay and when to walk. Print it, or keep it on your phone. It opens with no signal, which in most show halls is the signal you get.
